Terms and Conditions

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required  for orders more than $50 to secure date and time. Orders less than $50 are required to be paid in full. Order is not confirmed without deposit. No Refunds. 

Must be notified of allergies before order is placed. Please note Treats are made in a kitchen that may contain common allergens. 

At your designated pickup time, Dipped will give a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes a $10 late fee applies. After 1 hour order will be cancelled without Refund. My time is just as valuable as yours and I have other orders to fulfil.

I understand emergencies happen! In case your event needs to be moved due to emergency, Dipped will reserve your deposit for a future date as long as Dipped does not have prior engagements on said date. 

Balance is required 7 days prior to pickup/ dropoff date. If  balance is not received within this time frame order will be canceled without Refund. 

 I am not responsible for what happens to your order after pickup/ dropoff.

Orders must be placed minimum of 3 weeks prior to event date.

Cake Pop Care !!

Keep vehicle cool if transporting cake pops. Store cake pops in a cool dry place . There is no need to refrigerate.  Dipped is not responsible for order once client picks up order. 

No changes to be made after order is complete.

Consume pops within 2-3 days of pickup
